    1.     Briefly describe Luxart’s consumer warranty program?

    Chrome:  Same proven polished chrome plating process used throughout the industry to insure a
    tough/long lasting finish.
    Brushed Nickel and Oil Rubbed Bronze:  Both are protected by “dura- coat”, a tough post finish coating that
    locks-in Luxart’s rich finishes for years of trouble free enjoyment.

    3.     What are the recommended care and cleaning instructions for Luxart finishes?  
    For best results simply use warm water and a damp soft cloth to clean the finish.  Gently dry/buff with clean
    soft cloth.  Avoid ammonia based cleaning materials as well as harsh detergents.

    4.     Do Luxart faucets come with metal pop-up drains?  
    Yes, all Luxart faucets come with long lasting heavy gauge brass pop-up drains.

    5.     Are Luxart deep-rough valve extensions available?  
    Yes, deep-rough extensions for in-wall valves can be purchased from any Hajoca location.  See Hajoca
    location map under “where to buy” navigation button.  

    6.     What kind of cartridges does Luxart feature?  
    All Luxart faucets are equipped with precision high quality ceramic disc cartridges to maintain long lasting
    drip free flow control.  For optimum performance and to honor warranty requirements, please insist on
    genuine Luxart branded replacement parts.    

    7.     Can Luxart in-wall valves be installed back-to-back?  
    Absolutely!  The valves are back-to-back capable by turning the cartridges 180 degrees.

    8.     Is Luxart Logo Signage available?
    Yes, acrylic backed Luxart signage is available for showroom displays and pricing can be obtained from any
    Hajoca location.  

    9.     Does Luxart provide faucet displays and/or pods?  
    Attractive two tone Luxart display pods are available for showroom displays.  Pricing is available on Luxart
    price sheet and can be obtained from any Hajoca location.  To minimize damage, Luxart faucets and display
    pods are packaged separately and should be mounted upon receipt.  

    10.   What is a pressure-balance valve?  
    Pressure-balance valves are designed to protect bathers from sudden changes in water temperature and
    especially from surges caused by flushing of toilets, etc.  The most important function of a pressure-balance
    valve is to protect bathers from scalding conditions brought about by sudden changes in water
    temperatures.  Pressure-balance valves are required by code in most areas of the Country for new
    construction.  

    11.   Should I need repair parts for my Luxart faucet, how do I determine my model number?  
    If you do not have the box or installation instructions which provides model number information, take a
    digital photo of your faucet and proceed to the nearest Hajoca location for assistance in looking up your
    model number.  Alternatively, take a digital photo of the faucet and call the parts hotline (1-888-328-2383).  
    They will provide instructions for e-mailing the digital photo to a parts specialist for model number look-up.  

    12.   Is there a charge for Luxart repair parts and where do I go to make a purchase?
    All Luxart parts covered under warranty are free of charge.  There may be a small charge for parts not
    covered under warranty.  Call the parts hotline for details (1-888-328-2383).

    13.   Are bathroom accessories available to match Luxart faucets and finishes?
    Absolutely, genuine brass Luxart accessories are available to coordinate with any Luxart faucet or finish.
